By using the Thirsty application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Thirsty application.

By posting, uploading, or sharing User Content through the Thirsty application, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content throughout the world in any media.
